It guarantees the quality of the products and an optimum performance
of the compagny's production equipment. TÜV has joined Solarezo as a long-term partner to work with and advise them in this endeavour, as does Certisolis.
The modularity of this range of products and solutions enables Solarezo to satisfy its clients' expectations, no matter how demanding or specific they might be. It also provides clients with the assurance that they will find products that are adapted to an extensive range of applications: ventilated and insulated roofs or large facilities. Several options are available: non-reflecting and self-cleaning glass, different colour frames and panel rear faces.
The components used to manufacture Solarezo modules are carefully selected: silicon from leading certified suppliers, high-performance mono and poly-crystalline cells, very high-transparency, high-strength glass, top-quality crimping of all connections, encapsulation to optimise the lifespan of our modules in the most demanding climate conditions.
The intrinsic performances of the new production line combined with the strict selection of components means that we can offer the strongest guarantees over the long term.
Our other 10 MW production line is used to respond to specific requests thanks to the possibility of conducting operations by hand for pre-production and small or medium-sized production runs. Solarezo can therefore assist its partners in their design and prototype phases.
Finally, Solarezo is attentive at all times to the impact of its activity on the company’s environment. It is one of the pioneers and leaders on this issue.
AQPV, the Photovoltaic Quality Alliance
In July 2011, Solarezo took part, alongside other French industrialists in the photovoltaic sector, in the launch of AQPV, the Photovoltaic Quality Alliance, a brand/label promoted by the SER (Renewable Energies Federation) with the objective of promoting sales on the French market of photovoltaic modules meeting more stringent quality criteria than those required by the current regulations, and of modules assembled in France and/or containing French-manufactured cells. Solarezo sits on the Steering Committee alongside other signatories of the standard and the SER.
